Products

Velissa designs women's and men's footwear in Dubai. We make every effort to display colours and details accurately, though slight variation between screens and the physical product may occur.

Orders and pricing

All prices are listed in AED and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order. Shipping is calculated at checkout.

Exchanges and no refunds

All sales are final. We do not offer refunds. We offer exchanges within 14 days of delivery on unworn pairs in their original packaging, subject to availability, as set out in our Refund Policy.

Shipping

We ship worldwide from Dubai. Delivery times are estimates. International orders are shipped exclusive of destination customs duty and VAT; any duty and import VAT charged by the destination country are excluded from our prices and shipping, and are the responsibility of the recipient.
