Refund policy
All sales at Velissa are final. We do not offer refunds under any circumstances.
Exchanges
We are happy to offer an exchange within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and returned in their original box and dust bag, in resaleable condition.
How to request an exchange
Email contact@velissaofficial.com with your order number and the size, colour or style you would like instead. We will confirm availability and share the next steps.
What we can exchange for
You may exchange your pair for another size, colour or style of equal value, subject to availability. Any difference in price is payable by the customer.
Condition
Worn, marked or damaged pairs cannot be accepted. Shipping charges are non-refundable, and return shipping for an exchange is the responsibility of the customer unless the item arrived faulty.
Faulty or incorrect items
If your pair arrives faulty or incorrect, contact us within 48 hours of delivery and we will make it right.
