14 day exchanges

Request an exchange within 14 days of delivery. Items must be unworn and returned in their original box and dust bag.

How to start

Email contact@velissaofficial.com with your order number and the size, colour or style you would like instead.

No refunds

We do not issue refunds under any circumstances. We are happy to exchange your pair for another size, colour or style of equal value, subject to availability.

Condition

Worn, marked or damaged pairs cannot be accepted for exchange.
